SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 -2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your order’s tracking number.
The tracking number will be active within 24 – 48 hours.
We may contact you via SMS with the mobile phone number you provided at checkout to coordinate your delivery.
SHIPMENT DELAYS AND UNFORESEEN EVENTS
Rest assured that your item is on its way. However, in some cases, if you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
You may also check your shipping confirmation first if you have entered the correct address or shipping details.
